History

1986: It is constituted like Air Europe, and it begins his commercial operations.

1991: A group of investors headed by D. Juan Jose Noble, acquires the company.

1993: Air Europe is the first company deprived in operating domestic regular flights, breaking the monopoly of Iberia in Spain.

1994: The route Madrid - Barcelona settles down defying to Iberia in one of its more profitable routes.

1994: Air Europe, along with the company of construction and services FCC, creates Eurohandling and offers services of Handling to operating third parties in the Spanish airports.

1995: Air Europe flies to London and New York, abriendo itself to the market of international regular flights.

1996: Air Europe maintains more than 750 weekly regular flights and initiates new routes: Paris, Dock, Salvador de Bahia, Asturias, Bilbao and Vigo.

Air Europe creates the company of regional flights, Air Europe Express with airplanes turboprop ATP-64.

1998: Air Europe Integra in a holding company of new creation: Globalia Enterprise Corporation.

1999: Air the first six Europe incorporates B737 of new generation, until completing the 15 that it has at present.

2000: Air Europe directly incorporates the first B767-300 of Boeing, for its transoceanic routes.

Air Europe starts up its program of loyalty for clients called “Fidelitas�, that counts at present on 130,000 members.

Air Europe begins its agreements of code shared with the Alitalia company, from airborne magnetic detection and BCN to 11 national destinies.

2002: Air Europe incorporates the technology wing-lets to his just incorporated B737-800, that allows to a considerable fuel saving and a smaller contamination of the environment.
